• WISH&MOON offers free returns and refunds.

• We are happy to accept returns and refunds for items in original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be inspected individually upon return.

• We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of the product(s) once your returned package arrives. Instead, you can place a new order for the product you want. 

• We provide one free return label for each order. You can use it within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to make a second return, we will charge a shipping fee to be deducted from your refund. 

• If the products are damaged when they are delivered, you can send them back for free and get a full refund.

• If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, please return the item you do not want and place a new order.

• If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your product to your original payment method.

• If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will be void and the item(s) will be shipped back to you.

• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges for underwear and swimwear.

• The products you want to return are your responsibility until they reach us.

• We are not responsible for any items accidentally returned to us.

• Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, which may take up to 10 business days. We will keep in touch with you during this process and will send you an email when everything is done.

• In order for the product to be returned, it must be sent with an invoice.
